Method
 

  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together soy sauce, lime juice, sesame oil, honey, grated ginger, and minced garlic. This is your marinade.
  2. Add the pork cubes to the bowl with the marinade. Toss to coat evenly. Let it marinate for at least 15 minutes at room temperature.
  3. Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Once the oil is hot, add the marinated pork in a single layer. Avoid overcrowding the pan; cook in batches if necessary.
  4. Cook the pork for 3-4 minutes per side, until browned and cooked through. The internal temperature should reach 145°F (63°C).
  5. Remove the pork from the skillet. Garnish with chopped cilantro and serve with lime wedges.
