Thanksgiving Peas

Ingredients
  

Peas
  • 1 kg Frozen peas thawed
  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • 1/4 cup Chopped fresh mint
  • 1 tsp Salt or to taste
  • 1/2 tsp Black pepper freshly ground, or to taste

  • Cutting board

Method
 

  1. Melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat.
  2. Add the thawed peas to the saucepan and cook for 5-7 minutes, or until heated through.
  3. Stir in the chopped mint, salt, and pepper.
  4. Serve immediately.

Notes

For a richer flavor, you can add a splash of heavy cream along with the mint.
