- Season chicken with salt, pepper, and paprika.
- In a large skillet, melt 2 tbsp butter. Sear chicken on both sides until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
- Melt remaining butter. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Pour in broth and honey, scraping the pan for flavor bits.
- Return chicken and spoon sauce over it. Simmer for 5–7 minutes.
- (Optional) Top with cheese or caramelized onions and cover to melt.
- Garnish with parsley. Serve hot with mashed potatoes or vegetables.
Notes
Use thighs for extra juicy results.
Do not skip the simmer; this brings the sauce together.
