Tender Maple Glazed Carrots

  • 3 Tablespoons salted butter
  • 3 Tablespoons light brown sugar, packed
  • 1 Tablespoon maple syrup
  • 1 pound baby carrots

Method
 

  1. Heat the butter, sugar, and maple syrup in a medium skillet over medium heat. Stir until the mixture is smooth and the butter is melted.
  2. Add the carrots and toss them to coat them in the glaze mixture.

  4. Simmer for 15 to 20 minutes, or until the carrots are tender and glazed.
