Method
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add chicken pieces to the skillet. Season with salt and pepper.
- Cook chicken until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
- Pour sweet chili sauce over the chicken. Stir to coat and cook for another 1-2 minutes until sauce thickens slightly.
- Warm the tortillas according to package directions.
- Fill each tortilla with the sweet chili chicken mixture, shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, and red onion.
- Fold or roll the tortillas to create wraps.

You can add other vegetables like bell peppers or cucumbers if desired.
