Starbucks Secret Menu Pink Drink Copycat

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Strawberry Açaí Refresher base (or equivalent strawberry juice blend)
  • 1/2 cup Coconut milk (canned or carton) Use full-fat for creamier results.
  • 1/4 cup Water Adjust for desired strength.
  • 1 scoop Freeze-dried strawberries Optional, for garnish.
  • 1 cup Ice

Equipment

  • Shaker or jar with a lid
  • Measuring cups and spoons

Method
 

  1. Measure the Strawberry Açaí Refresher base, coconut milk, and water into a shaker or jar.
  2. Add the ice to the shaker.
  3. Secure the lid tightly and shake well until the mixture is chilled and slightly frothy.
  4. Pour the mixture into a glass.
  5. Garnish with freeze-dried strawberries, if using, and serve immediately.

Notes

If you do not have the specific Refresher base, you can substitute with a mix of white grape juice and strawberry flavoring, adjusting the sweetness to your preference.
