Method
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a baking dish.
- In a large bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, grated Parmesan cheese, mayonnaise, minced garlic, thawed and squeezed spinach, drained and chopped artichoke hearts, salt, and pepper. Mix well until thoroughly combined.
- Add the cooked spaghetti to the cream cheese mixture. Toss gently to coat the spaghetti evenly.
- Pour half of the marinara sauce into the bottom of the prepared baking dish. Arrange the spaghetti mixture over the sauce.
- Pour the remaining marinara sauce over the spaghetti. Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese evenly over the top.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the sauce is bubbly and the cheese is melted and lightly golden.
- Let it rest for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
You can add cooked chicken or Italian sausage to the filling for a heartier meal. Serve with garlic bread and a side salad.
