Ingredients
  

For the Sweet Potatoes
  • 2 lbs sweet potatoes peeled and cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, toss the cubed sweet potatoes with olive oil, smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper until evenly coated.
  3. Spread the seasoned sweet potatoes in a single layer on a baking sheet.
  4. Roast for 25-30 minutes, or until tender and slightly caramelized, flipping halfway through.
  5. Serve hot.

Notes

For extra crispiness, you can increase the roasting time by a few minutes. Adjust the amount of smoked paprika to your preference.
