- Place the beef chuck roast in your slow cooker.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, sesame oil, minced garlic, grated ginger, brown sugar, and black pepper.
- Pour the sauce mixture over the beef, ensuring it is evenly coated.
- Cover the slow cooker and cook on low for 4-6 hours, or until the beef is tender and easily shreds with a fork.
- Remove the beef from the slow cooker and shred it using two forks. Return the shredded beef to the slow cooker and toss with the cooking liquid.
- Serve the shredded beef hot, garnished with sliced green onions and toasted sesame seeds.
