- Place the beef chuck roast in your slow cooker.
- Pour the beef broth over the roast. Sprinkle the dry onion soup mix and Worcestershire sauce over the top.
- Cover and cook on low for 8 hours or on high for 4 hours, until the beef is tender and shreds easily.
- Remove the beef from the slow cooker and shred it using two forks. Return the shredded beef to the slow cooker and stir to coat with the juices.
- Lightly butter the cut sides of the sandwich rolls. Place the rolls, butter-side down, on a baking sheet.
- Spoon the shredded beef mixture generously onto the bottom halves of the rolls.
- Place the top halves of the rolls over the beef. You can serve immediately or toast the sandwiches under the broiler for a few minutes until golden brown.

Serve with your favorite sides like coleslaw or potato chips.
