- Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.

- Add the broccoli and bell pepper to the skillet with the meat.

Notes
You can substitute the vegetables with spinach, mushrooms, or zucchini. For added flavor, add a splash of soy sauce alternative or lemon juice at the end of cooking.
