Ingredients
  

Protein
  • 1 lb Chicken breast or ground beef Cut into bite-sized pieces if using breast
Vegetables
  • 2 cups Broccoli florets Fresh or frozen
  • 1 cup Bell pepper Sliced
Seasoning
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Black pepper
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil

Method
 

  1. Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the chicken or beef to the skillet. Cook until browned and cooked through, about 5 to 7 minutes.
  3. Add the broccoli and bell pepper to the skillet with the meat.
  4. Sprinkle the garlic powder, salt, and pepper over the mixture.
  5. Stir and cook for another 5 to 8 minutes, until the vegetables are tender-crisp.
  6. Serve immediately as a complete low-carb meal.

Notes

You can substitute the vegetables with spinach, mushrooms, or zucchini. For added flavor, add a splash of soy sauce alternative or lemon juice at the end of cooking.
