Method
- Preheat your oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit (200 degrees Celsius). Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil.
- Place the salmon fillets on the prepared baking sheet.
- Brush the tops of the salmon fillets with olive oil.
- Sprinkle the fillets evenly with dried dill, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
- Arrange the thin lemon slices over the top of each salmon fillet.
- Bake for 12 to 15 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
You can substitute fresh herbs like parsley or thyme for the dried dill if you prefer.
