Ingredients
  

For the Artichoke Hearts
  • 2 cans (14 oz each) Artichoke hearts, drained and quartered packed in water or brine
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon Black pepper

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine the drained and quartered artichoke hearts with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Toss to coat evenly.
  3. Spread the seasoned artichoke hearts in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
  4. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the artichoke hearts are golden brown and crispy, flipping them halfway through.
  5. Serve immediately as a snack or appetizer.

Notes

For extra crispiness, ensure the artichoke hearts are well-drained before seasoning. You can serve these with your favorite dipping sauce.
