- Cook the bacon in a skillet until crisp. Remove from skillet and set aside. Crumble once cooled.
- In the same skillet, fry the egg to your desired doneness.
- Assemble the bowl: Place the fried egg in the bottom of a bowl. Top with crumbled bacon, shredded cheddar cheese, and chopped avocado.
- Add a tablespoon of salsa and garnish with chopped chives.
