Ingredients
  

For the Bowl
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 slices bacon cooked and crumbled
  • 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped avocado
  • 1 tablespoon salsa
  • 1 teaspoon chives chopped, for garnish

Equipment

  • Spatula

Method
 

  1. Cook the bacon in a skillet until crisp. Remove from skillet and set aside. Crumble once cooled.
  2. In the same skillet, fry the egg to your desired doneness.
  3. Assemble the bowl: Place the fried egg in the bottom of a bowl. Top with crumbled bacon, shredded cheddar cheese, and chopped avocado.
  4. Add a tablespoon of salsa and garnish with chopped chives.
