Refreshing Cucumber Detox Water

Ingredients
  

For the Cucumber Water
  • 1 medium cucumber thinly sliced
  • 1 liter water filtered

Equipment

  • Pitcher
  • Knife
  • Cutting board

Method
 

  1. Wash the cucumber thoroughly. Thinly slice the cucumber.
  2. Place the cucumber slices into a pitcher.
  3. Pour the filtered water over the cucumber slices.
  4. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow the flavors to infuse.
  5. Serve chilled. You can refill the pitcher with water a few times before discarding the cucumber.

Notes

For an extra flavor boost, you can add a few slices of lemon or mint leaves along with the cucumber.
