Ingredients
  

  • 4 Salmon fillets (about 6 oz each) Skin on or off
  • 4 tbsp Butter Melted
  • 4 cloves Garlic Minced
  • 1 tsp Dried Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Black pepper
  • 2 tbsp Fresh parsley Chopped, for garnish
  • 1 lemon Lemon wedges For serving

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil for easy cleanup.
  2. Place the salmon fillets on the prepared baking sheet.
  3. In a small bowl, mix the melted butter, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  4. Spoon the garlic butter mixture evenly over the top of each salmon fillet.
  5. Bake for 12 to 15 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork. Cooking time depends on the thickness of your fillets.
  6. Remove from the oven. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately with lemon wedges.

Notes

For crispier edges, you can briefly broil the salmon for the last minute of cooking, watching carefully to prevent burning.
