Pumpkin Overnight Oats

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup Rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup Milk dairy or non-dairy
  • 1/4 cup Pumpkin puree not pie filling
  • 1 tablespoon Chia seeds
  • 1 teaspoon Maple syrup or to taste
  • 1/4 teaspoon Pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 pinch Salt

Equipment

  • Jar or container with lid
  • Measuring cups
  • Measuring spoons

Method
 

  1. Combine all ingredients in a jar or container with a lid.
  2. Stir well to combine.
  3. Seal the container and refrigerate for at least 6 hours, or overnight.
  4. Stir before serving. Add more milk if a thinner consistency is desired.

Notes

Optional toppings include nuts, seeds, or a dollop of yogurt.
