- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, protein powder, almond flour, honey or maple syrup, vanilla extract, and baking powder.
- Mix until well combined. The dough should be thick.
- Drop spoonfuls of dough onto the prepared baking sheet, forming cookie shapes.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are lightly golden.
- Let the cookies cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
Notes
You can add chocolate chips or nuts to the dough for extra flavor and texture.
