- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
- In a large bowl, combine the cottage cheese, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, eggs, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well until everything is evenly combined.
- Spread half of the cottage cheese mixture evenly into the prepared baking dish.
- Spoon the pizza sauce over the cottage cheese layer.
- If using, arrange the pepperoni slices over the pizza sauce.
- Spread the remaining cottage cheese mixture over the pepperoni and sauce, creating a top layer.
- Bake for 30 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the bake is set.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
You can add other pizza toppings like cooked sausage, mushrooms, or bell peppers. Serve hot.
