Peanut Butter Yogurt Bites

For the Bites
  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup peanut butter creamy
  • 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Method
 

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, peanut butter, honey, and vanilla extract. Stir until well combined.
  3. Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet. Aim for about 1 tablespoon per bite.
  4. Place the baking sheet in the freezer and freeze for at least 1 hour, or until firm.
  5. Once frozen, transfer the bites to an airtight container and store in the freezer.
