- Preheat your oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit (200 degrees Celsius). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or aluminum foil.
- Pat the salmon fillets dry with paper towels. Place them on the prepared baking sheet.
- In a small bowl, mix together the Parmesan cheese, mayonnaise, garlic powder, dried parsley, salt, and pepper until combined.
- Spread the Parmesan mixture evenly over the top of each salmon fillet, pressing gently so it adheres.
- Bake for 12 to 15 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and the topping is golden brown and bubbly. Cooking time depends on the thickness of your fillets.
- Remove from the oven and serve immediately.
Notes
You can substitute Dijon mustard for the mayonnaise if you prefer a sharper flavor in the topping.
