Oven-Baked Feta Potatoes

A simple and delicious recipe for oven-baked potatoes with feta cheese.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 kg Potatoes cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 1/2 cup Olive oil
  • 1 tsp Dried oregano
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Black pepper
  • 150 g Feta cheese crumbled
  • 2 tbsp Fresh parsley chopped, for garnish

  • Baking sheet
  • Large bowl

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, toss the potato cubes with olive oil, oregano, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
  3. Spread the seasoned potatoes in a single layer on a baking sheet.
  4. Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the potatoes are tender and golden brown, flipping them halfway through.
  5. Remove the baking sheet from the oven and sprinkle the crumbled feta cheese over the hot potatoes.
  6. Return the baking sheet to the oven for another 5-10 minutes, or until the feta is softened and slightly melted.
  7. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

Notes

You can add other seasonings like paprika or red pepper flakes for extra flavor. Serve hot as a side dish.
