- Preheat your oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit (200 degrees Celsius).
- Pat the chicken thighs dry with paper towels. This helps the skin crisp.
- In a small bowl, combine the garlic parsley salt, paprika, and ground black pepper.
- Rub the spice mixture evenly over all surfaces of the chicken thighs.
- Place the seasoned chicken thighs skin-side up on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 35 to 40 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165 degrees Fahrenheit (74 degrees Celsius) and the skin is golden brown and crisp.
- Remove the chicken from the oven and let it rest for 5 minutes before serving.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
For extra crispy skin, you can place the baking sheet in the oven while it preheats.
