- Cook noodles according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
- While noodles are cooking, whisk together soy sauce, water, brown sugar, oyster sauce, sesame oil, and cornstarch in a small bowl. Set aside.
- Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add ground beef and cook, breaking it up with a spoon, until browned. Drain off any excess grease.
- Add minced garlic and grated ginger to the skillet with the beef and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Pour the prepared sauce into the skillet with the beef. Stir well to combine and bring to a simmer. Cook for 2-3 minutes, or until the sauce has thickened.
- Add the cooked noodles to the skillet with the beef and sauce. Toss to coat evenly.
- Serve immediately, garnished with sliced green onions and sesame seeds if desired.
Notes
You can adjust the sweetness and saltiness of the sauce to your preference. For a spicier dish, add a pinch of red pepper flakes.
