Matcha Vanilla Bean Powder Smoothie

This recipe makes a simple smoothie using matcha and vanilla bean powder.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Milk (dairy or non-dairy)
  • 1 tsp Matcha green tea powder
  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla bean powder
  • 1 frozen Banana Cut into chunks
  • 1 tsp Sweetener (maple syrup or honey) Optional

Method
 

  1. Place the milk, matcha powder, vanilla bean powder, frozen banana chunks, and optional sweetener into a blender.
  2. Blend on high speed until the mixture is completely smooth and creamy. Add a splash more milk if the mixture is too thick.
  3. Pour the smoothie into a glass and serve immediately.

Notes

Adjust the amount of matcha powder based on your preference for flavor strength. You can substitute the frozen banana with ice cubes and a fresh banana if you do not have frozen fruit available.
