Ingredients

Pork Tenderloin
  • 1 lb Pork tenderloin trimmed
Maple Mustard Glaze
  • 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
  • 2 tbsp Maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 clove Garlic minced
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Black pepper

Equipment

  • Oven
  • Baking dish
  • Small bowl
  • Whisk

Method

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the Dijon mustard, maple syrup, olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and pepper. This is your glaze.
  3. Place the trimmed pork tenderloin in a baking dish. Pour about half of the maple mustard glaze over the pork, ensuring it's evenly coated.
  4. Roast the pork tenderloin in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).
  5. Remove the pork from the oven and let it rest for 5-10 minutes before slicing. You can brush with the remaining glaze before serving, if desired.
