Method
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet, brown the ground chicken with the chopped onion and minced garlic. Drain any excess fat.
- Spread the chicken mixture evenly in a baking dish.
- Top the chicken with broccoli florets.
- Pour the heavy cream over the broccoli and sprinkle with shredded cheddar cheese.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly and the broccoli is tender.

Serve hot. You can add other low-carb vegetables like cauliflower or bell peppers.
