Course: Dessert
Cuisine: American

Ingredients

Dip Base
  • 8 ounces Cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup Powdered sugar
  • 1/2 cup Butter, softened
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup Milk Or more, for desired consistency
Cake and Topping
  • 1 package Little Debbie Zebra Cakes About 10 cakes, crumbled
  • 1/2 cup Chocolate chips Optional

Equipment

  • Mixing bowl
  • Electric mixer

Method

  1. In a large mixing bowl, use an electric mixer to beat the softened cream cheese and butter together until smooth.
  2. Gradually add the powdered sugar to the cream cheese mixture, mixing on low speed until combined. Increase the speed and beat until smooth.
  3. Mix in the vanilla extract and milk. Beat until the dip reaches a smooth, spreadable consistency. Add more milk if the dip is too thick.
  4. Crumble the Little Debbie Zebra Cakes into small pieces. Gently fold most of the crumbled cake into the dip base. Reserve some for topping.
  5. Transfer the dip to a serving bowl. Top with the remaining crumbled cake pieces and chocolate chips, if using.
  6. Serve immediately with graham crackers, vanilla wafers, or fruit for dipping.

Notes

You can adjust the amount of milk to control how thick you want the final dip to be. For a thicker dip, use less milk. For a thinner dip, add milk one tablespoon at a time.
