- In a bowl, combine soy sauce, sesame oil, brown sugar, minced garlic, and grated ginger. Add the sliced flank steak and toss to coat. Let marinate for at least 10 minutes.
- Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the marinated steak in a single layer, cooking in batches if necessary to avoid overcrowding.
- Cook for 2-3 minutes per side, or until browned and cooked through. Remove steak from skillet.
- Divide the warm cooked rice among serving bowls. Top with the Korean BBQ steak.
