- In a bowl, combine soy sauce, sesame oil, brown sugar, minced garlic, and grated ginger. Add the sliced flank steak and toss to coat. Let it marinate for at least 10 minutes.
- Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the marinated steak in a single layer.
- Cook for 2-3 minutes per side, or until browned and cooked through. Do not overcrowd the pan; cook in batches if necessary.
- Divide the cooked rice among four bowls. Top with the cooked Korean BBQ steak.
- Garnish with sliced green onions and toasted sesame seeds before serving.
Notes
You can add other vegetables like broccoli or carrots to the bowl for a more complete meal.
