Ingredients
  

For the Beef
  • 1 lb ground beef
For the Sauce
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce or tamari for gluten-free
  • 2 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp ginger powder
  • 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes optional
  • 1 tbsp erythritol or other keto-friendly sweetener

Method
 

  1. In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium-high heat until browned. Drain off any excess grease.
  2. While the beef is cooking, whisk together all the sauce ingredients in a small bowl.
  3. Pour the sauce over the cooked ground beef in the skillet. Stir to combine.
  4. Simmer for 5-7 minutes, or until the sauce has thickened slightly.
  5. Serve hot.

Notes

Serve with cauliflower rice or your favorite keto-friendly side.
