Method
- Cook the pasta according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
- Cook the chicken pieces in a skillet until fully cooked. Drain any excess liquid.
- In a large bowl, mix together the softened cream cheese, sour cream, Ranch Seasoning Mix, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Add the cooked chicken and the cooked pasta to the cream cheese mixture. Stir until everything is well combined.
- Transfer the mixture to a 9x13 inch baking dish.
- Top the casserole evenly with the shredded cheddar cheese and mozzarella cheese.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 375 degrees Fahrenheit for 20 to 25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Remove from the oven and sprinkle the chopped, cooked bacon over the top. Serve warm.
Notes
You can cook the chicken ahead of time to reduce the preparation time.
