- Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- In a bowl, combine the shredded chicken, cream of mushroom soup, sour cream, milk, parsley, and cheddar cheese. Mix well.
- Pour the chicken mixture into a baking dish.
- In a small bowl, combine the crushed crackers and melted butter. Sprinkle this mixture evenly over the chicken mixture.
- Bake for 45 minutes, or until the casserole is bubbly and the topping is golden brown.
