- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Pat the salmon fillets dry with paper towels. Brush them with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
- Place the salmon on the prepared baking sheet.
- In a small saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter. Add the honey, red pepper flakes, minced garlic, and apple cider vinegar. Stir until well combined and heated through. Let simmer for 1-2 minutes.
- Brush the hot honey glaze generously over the salmon fillets.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork. You can brush with more glaze during the last few minutes of baking if desired.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
You can garnish the salmon with fresh parsley or a squeeze of lemon juice before serving.
