Honey Curry Roasted Cauliflower

Ingredients
  

  • 1 head cauliflower cut into florets
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 teaspoon curry powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the cauliflower florets, olive oil, honey, curry powder, salt, and pepper. Toss until the cauliflower is evenly coated.
  3. Spread the seasoned cauliflower in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
  4. Roast for 20-25 minutes, or until the cauliflower is tender and slightly caramelized, flipping halfway through.
  5. Serve hot.

Notes

You can adjust the amount of curry powder to your preference. For a spicier kick, add a pinch of cayenne pepper.
