Ingredients
  

For the Berry Filling
  • 2 cups mixed berries fresh or frozen
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup or honey
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
For the Protein Crumble
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup protein powder vanilla or unflavored
  • 1/4 cup almond butter or peanut butter
  • 2 tablespoons milk dairy or non-dairy

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a baking dish.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the mixed berries, maple syrup, and lemon juice. Pour this mixture into the prepared baking dish.
  3. In the same mixing bowl, combine the rolled oats and protein powder. Add the almond butter and milk. Mix until a crumbly texture forms.
  4. Sprinkle the crumble mixture evenly over the berries.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the topping is golden brown and the berries are bubbly.
  6. Let it cool slightly before serving.

Notes

Serve warm on its own or with a scoop of Greek yogurt.
