Ingredients
  

For the Bake
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder whey or plant-based
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt plain
  • 1/4 cup milk any kind
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 cup mixed berries fresh or frozen

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a small baking dish.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the rolled oats, protein powder, Greek yogurt, milk, baking powder, and cinnamon. Mix until well combined.
  3. Gently fold in the mixed berries.
  4. Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the center is set.
  6. Let cool slightly before serving.

Notes

You can add a drizzle of honey or maple syrup if you prefer it sweeter. Serve warm on its own or with a dollop of extra Greek yogurt.
