Ingredients
  

For the Steak
  • 1 lb Sirloin steak trimmed and cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Black pepper
For the Bowl
  • 2 cups Cooked quinoa
  • 1 cup Broccoli florets
  • 1 cup Cherry tomatoes halved
  • 1/2 cup Red onion thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup Cilantro chopped
  • 2 tbsp Lime juice

Equipment

  • Large skillet
  • Cutting board
  • Knife

Method
 

  1. Season the steak pieces with garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Add the steak to the skillet and cook for 3-5 minutes per side, or until cooked to your desired doneness.
  4. Remove steak from skillet and set aside.
  5. Add broccoli florets to the same skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes until tender-crisp.
  6. Assemble the bowls: Divide the cooked quinoa among four bowls.
  7. Top the quinoa with the cooked steak, cherry tomatoes, red onion, and cilantro.
  8. Drizzle with lime juice before serving.

Notes

You can substitute other vegetables like bell peppers, corn, or spinach. Adjust cooking time for steak based on thickness and desired doneness.
