- In a large bowl, whisk together the pineapple juice, soy sauce, brown sugar, grated ginger, minced garlic, and sesame oil.
- Place the pork chops in the bowl with the marinade, ensuring they are fully coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 4 hours.
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- Remove the pork chops from the marinade, letting any excess drip off. Discard the remaining marinade.
- Grill the pork chops for 5-6 minutes per side, or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C) and they are cooked through.
- Let the pork chops rest for a few minutes before serving.
