Ingredients
  

For the Chicken
  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts Chicken Breasts
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Onion Powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
For the Sides
  • 2 cups Cooked Quinoa
  • 2 cups Steamed Broccoli Florets
  • 1 cup Cherry Tomatoes halved

Method
 

  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and salt. Add the chicken breasts and toss to coat evenly.
  3. Grill the chicken breasts for 6-8 minutes per side, or until cooked through and the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  4. Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes, then slice or dice it.
  5. Assemble your meal prep boxes: Divide the cooked quinoa, steamed broccoli, and cherry tomatoes among the 4 containers. Top with the sliced or diced grilled chicken.
  6. Seal the containers and store them in the refrigerator for up to 4 days.

Notes

You can customize the sides based on your preferences. Other good options include brown rice, roasted sweet potatoes, or a mixed green salad.
