- In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Place chicken pieces in a resealable bag or shallow dish. Pour marinade over chicken, ensuring it is evenly coated. Marinate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 4 hours in the refrigerator.
- Grill chicken until cooked through.
Notes
This marinade is also great for chicken thighs or drumsticks. For a spicier kick, add a pinch of red pepper flakes.
