Ingredients
  

For the Smoothie
  • 1 cup Spinach fresh
  • 1/2 cup Cucumber chopped
  • 1/4 cup Celery stalk chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice fresh
  • 1/2 cup Water or more, to reach desired consistency

Method
 

  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth and creamy. Add more water if needed to achieve your preferred consistency.

Notes

For a sweeter smoothie, you can add a small amount of honey or maple syrup. You can also add a knob of fresh ginger for an extra zing.
