- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground turkey, breadcrumbs, egg, parsley, minced garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper. Mix gently until just combined. Do not overmix.
- Roll the mixture into small meatballs, about 1-inch in diameter. Place them on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the meatballs are cooked through and lightly browned.
- While the meatballs are baking, prepare the tzatziki. In a medium bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, grated cucumber, dill, minced garlic, lemon juice, and salt. Stir well.
- Serve the warm meatballs with the tzatziki sauce.
Notes
You can serve these meatballs with pita bread or a side salad for a complete meal.
