- If using wooden skewers, soak them in water for at least 30 minutes to prevent burning.
- In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, grated Parmesan cheese, oregano, salt, and pepper. Whisk together to create the marinade.
- Add the chicken pieces to the bowl with the marinade. Toss to coat the chicken evenly.
- Thread the marinated chicken pieces onto the prepared skewers.
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat or your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Grill the skewers for 5-6 minutes per side, or until the chicken is cooked through and has nice grill marks. If baking, place skewers on a baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway through, until chicken is cooked through.
- Remove skewers from the heat. Garnish with fresh chopped parsley before serving.
Notes
Serve these skewers with a side salad or your favorite dipping sauce. You can also add vegetables like bell peppers or onions to the skewers before grilling.
