- Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
- While pasta is cooking, heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add chicken pieces to the skillet and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
- Add minced garlic to the skillet and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Pour in chicken broth and heavy cream. Bring to a simmer and cook for 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Stir in grated Parmesan cheese until melted and the sauce thickens slightly.
- Add the cooked pasta to the skillet with the sauce. Toss to combine.
- Stir in chopped parsley. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve immediately.
