Garlic Keto Flatbread

This recipe makes a simple and delicious garlic keto flatbread.

  • Parchment paper
  • Mixing bowl

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, psyllium husk powder, baking powder, and salt.
  3. Add the eggs and olive oil to the dry ingredients. Mix until a dough forms.
  4. Divide the dough into 4 equal portions and shape them into flatbreads on the prepared baking sheet.
  5. In a small bowl, mix together the melted butter, minced garlic, and chopped parsley.
  6. Brush the garlic butter mixture over the top of each flatbread.
  7. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown and firm.
  8. Let cool slightly before serving.

Notes

Serve warm as a side dish or a base for your favorite toppings.
