Method
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, psyllium husk powder, baking powder, and salt.
- Add the eggs and olive oil to the dry ingredients. Mix until a dough forms.
- Divide the dough into 4 equal portions and shape them into flatbreads on the prepared baking sheet.
- In a small bowl, mix together the melted butter, minced garlic, and chopped parsley.
- Brush the garlic butter mixture over the top of each flatbread.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown and firm.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
