- Pat the beef cubes dry with paper towels. Season with salt and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add beef cubes to the hot skillet in a single layer. Sear for 2-3 minutes per side until browned. Do not overcrowd the pan; cook in batches if necessary.
- Remove beef from the skillet and set aside.
- Reduce heat to medium. Add butter and minced garlic to the skillet. Cook, stirring, until the garlic is fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Return the beef to the skillet. Toss to coat the beef in the garlic butter sauce.
- Cook for another 1-2 minutes, or until the beef is cooked to your desired doneness.
- Serve immediately, garnished with fresh parsley if desired.
