Method
- Pat the beef cubes dry with paper towels. Season with salt and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the beef cubes in a single layer and cook for 2-3 minutes per side, until browned. Do not overcrowd the pan; cook in batches if necessary.
- Remove the beef from the skillet and set aside.
- Reduce the heat to medium. Add butter to the same skillet. Once melted, add the minced garlic and cook for about 1 minute until fragrant, being careful not to burn it.
- Return the beef to the skillet. Toss to coat the beef in the garlic butter sauce.
- Stir in the chopped parsley. Serve immediately.
Notes
You can serve these beef bites on their own, with toothpicks for easy handling, or over rice or pasta.
