- In a bowl, toss the sliced beef with soy sauce and cornstarch. Set aside.
- Melt butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Add the beef to the skillet and cook until browned, about 3-5 minutes. Stir in beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, and black pepper. Bring to a simmer and cook for 2-3 minutes, or until the sauce thickens slightly.
- Serve the garlic butter beef over cooked rice. Garnish with fresh parsley.
