Method
- Season the beef pieces with salt and pepper.
- Melt 2 tablespoons of butter in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the beef and cook until browned on all sides. Remove beef from skillet and set aside.
- Add the remaining 2 tablespoons of butter to the skillet. Add the minced garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Pour in the beef broth and soy sauce. Bring to a simmer.
- Stir in the cornstarch mixture and cook until the sauce thickens, about 1-2 minutes.
- Return the beef to the skillet and toss to coat in the sauce. Cook for another minute until heated through.
- Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
